Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

1. Free shipping on all prepaid orders

2. Cash on Delivery (COD Orders) fees Rs 100

3. Products are shipped within 3-5 days of receiving the order and payment and delivered in 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Returns/Exchanges:

At Brishty, we put immense work to ensure the best quality product and service to the customers. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us on orders@brishty.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will surely help you out.

In case of manufacturing defect/damage during transit, we will offer you a replacement of the product. Please note that all product sizes and material are mentioned on the website and we do not accept returns for size related issues.

Once your return/ exchange request is approved, we will arrange for return pick up. Our courier partner will pick up the package for return. The returned products are inspected by our team after which exchange/refund is processed.

Custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged
